Barry Byrne leads Miller Byrne’s HR Recruitment Practice. He has over 15 years’ experience building high calibre HR teams across multiple sectors and European jurisdictions.
Prior to co-founding Miller Byrne, Barry was a Partner at Aretai LLP.
He joined Aretai in 2011 as a Director and led the HR Recruitment Practice from 2016. His early HR recruitment career developed at Digby Morgan and the Zarak Group, where he first met and worked with Jamie Miller.
Barry has a strong track record of helping clients secure high performing HR generalists and specialists, and has a particular interest in tracking high potential and future HR leaders. Barry also established Miller Byrne’s Advisory Network, which provides client access to a range of Human Capital services.
A keen cyclist and volunteer in his spare time, Barry also enjoys scrambling in Snowdonia, and is a passionate supporter of The Outward Bound Trust.
Jamie Miller leads the Marketing Recruitment Practice at Miller Byrne. He has over 15 years’ experience, working closely with a diverse range of clients across consumer, business and service sectors.
Jamie is committed to providing the best client and candidate service with clear and transparent communication. He has a focus on organisational culture as well as an in-depth knowledge of the market and enjoys nurturing the close working relationships he has built.
Before co-founding Miller Byrne, Jamie ran his own marketing recruitment consultancy. His early marketing recruitment career developed at Michael Page and The Zarak Group, where he first met Barry Byrne.
Outside of work, Jamie is a keen runner with two London Marathons under his belt, and enjoys all manner of outdoor pursuits with his family.
